Meinl Cuica
A well-known brazilian instrument, the cuica is present in a wide variety of styles where it plays an important role. While one hand rubs the internal bamboo shaft with a moist cloth, the other hand controls the pressure of the head, thereby changing the pitch of the tone creating melodies.
