We are an authorized service centre of several top brands from the musical industry and we are obliged to meet the strict requirements for repairs, maintenance and the after-sales service. Our experienced and well trained technicians can handle anything a student, amateur or professional musician needs.

Shippments and service procedure

In order to send an item to our service, please keep in mind that it is very important to enclose a written information that includes:

• Your name and surname or full company name,
• Product name (manufacturer and model),
• Copy of your receipt or invoice,
• Warranty card,
• Description of the defect,
• Telephone number and email address (optional),
• Return shipping address.

Upon reception of the above listed details you will be issued a service reference number, which is helpful provided with the shipment of your product. Please note at the time of making your claim to include all necessary information that may assist us to process your claim as quickly as possible.

Your warranty claim is to be assessed within 14 days of receipt of the faulty product and the warranty period shall be extended for a time period equal to the duration of the repair.

In case of non-warranty work we will contact you with an estimate of the cost for service, materials and return shipment.

It is recommended that goods should be packed carefully and returned with all the original packaging, manuals and accessories, including cables and a power adaptor supplied. In case the original packaging is lost or damaged, please use alternative outer package with foam inserts and make sure the product is properly packed.

Caluculated on demand, depending on distancace, estimated worktime and number of people involved.

All prices shown above include value added tax (VAT), but do not include spare parts, packing and shipping and any other incidental expenses that may occur.
