Ibanez RG 565 EG Emerald Green

The RG 565 model is new for 2020 in the popular Ibanez Genesis series of electric guitars. Introduced to the market at the end of 2017, these instruments have very quickly gained recognition due to their great build quality, attractive price and reference to classic models from the late 1980s. Genesis are manufactured in Japan by the J. Craft Team responsible for the Prestige series and have so far referred strictly to the classic, the RG550. The new RG 565 is distinguished by a set of different pickups - there is a classic V8 humbucker in the bridge position and an Infinity R mini-humbucker at the neck - this pickup, despite the single coil body, has two coils and thanks to its ceramic magnet provides a strong, warm character. The 5-position switch provides the classic RG series spectrum of settings and tone types. An additional accent is provided by the fretboard markings referring to the finish of the guitar body and headstock.
