The extended name of the AZ Essential series should be translated as the ideal electric guitar for beginners - a guitar combining the best features of the instrument, but matching the price point of a beginner. Despite the simplifications compared to the Premium and Prestige guitars, the AZES40 is an extremely solid and well-designed model. Noteworthy first of all is the shortened scale - 25" - which significantly improves playing comfort.
