Each coil of this unique design includes a carbon steel blade that is connected to the rear-mounted Alnico V magnets. Thus, the SM-3 produces more mids and sounds clearer and more detailed than the SM-2. Ideal for blues, classic rock, southern rock, jam and hard rock.
