Ibanez electric guitars from the Prestige series are synonymous with excellent quality, incredible ergonomics and versatility. These models are manufactured in Japan by the famous J-craft Team and are one of the most common choices of professional guitarists around the world. The RG652AHMFX model is no exception to these facts, although it is slightly different from the 'typical' RG. The first thing to note is the bridge, which on this model is fixed and the strings pass through the body - resulting in a more stable and longer-sounding tone. Ash wood was chosen for the body instead of linden - this gives the guitar a sharper, more punchy character. Also noteworthy is the fingerboard made of eyelet maple, glued into the neck using the Bound technique. The instrument is equipped with two DiMarzio pickups, which, in combination with the 5-position switch, provide a very wide sound spectrum. A final, but very important, touch is the unique Nebula Green Burst finish. The guitar, as with all models in the Prestige series, comes with a professional case.
